Terms for business users

Pod poslovnim korisnicima smatraju se svi korisnici stranice https://www.ereview.info tj. svi oni koji imaju kreirani ‘profil’ na istoj stranici sa bitnim podatcima i osobnim podatcima o njihovom poslovanju uključujući slike ili se prijavljuju za profil. Pravila i uvjeti za poslovne korisnike su slijedeća:

1. By signing up for a business user you are giving consent that we may use the images that you send us, as well as that these images are yours or you have obtained copyright for them.

2. E-review has the right to delete any profile at any point in time for whatever reason.

3. The signup for business users is free, and the profile may be active for 30 days free of charge. After this, the maintenance of the profile will be charged unless the owners of www.ereview.info do not decide otherwise. 

4. If a business user is unable to pay for the profile maintenance, the owners of the website www.ereview.info retain the right to keep the data and reviews of the profile for a duration of one year (deactivation of the profile), with this, the business user has a chance to continue using our services in the near future with their data intact. Immediate deletion of the profile is possible if requested by the business user within 10 days of the submission of the demand for deletion.

5. The owners of the website may decide to advertise certain profiles free of charge if the profile at hand is not getting sufficient views or if a free of charge cooperation is agreed upon for a certain amount of time.

6. It is possible for the owners of the website to issue discounts if the business user has multiple profiles or the business user is a long-term user or if the business user opts out to use the services for 6 or more months.

7. In the event of the website being down for a period that is longer than 7 days, it is possible to extend the next month free of charge, and the owners of the website take no responsibility in any damages that may occur due to this event.
